Thank you for using BillPlus, a product by Adol Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using BillPlus, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Solution.

Scope

BillPlus is a multi-platform billing and business management solution that allows customers to create invoices, manage inventory, and analyze reports.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Solution, regardless of the device or platform used.

We collect the following categories of information to operate and improve our services:

    • Name, email address, phone number, business details, and other registration or profile data.

  2. Usage Data

    • Interactions within the app, access times, feature usage, and error logs, to improve performance and user experience.

    • Information required for billing, invoicing, and account management, where applicable.

  4. Device and Technical Data

    • Device identifiers, IP address, operating system, app version, and browser type for security and optimization.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as biometric or location data unless explicitly provided by you for a specific feature.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide and maintain BillPlus services.

  • Personalize and enhance your experience.

  • Communicate important updates, feature changes, or offers.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your data may be shared only in the following cases:

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations (for example, invoice and tax records may need to be retained for statutory periods).
After these obligations expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Account Deletion

Users can delete their account directly within the app by navigating to
Settings → My Account → Delete Account.

  • Once confirmed, your deletion request is logged and processed within 3–5 days.

  • During this period, your account remains accessible; after deletion, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems.

  • Certain records (e.g., invoices required for taxation or accounting compliance) may be retained as legally required but will no longer be linked to your personal profile.

Security of Your Data

We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
While we strive for full security, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100 % secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Children’s Privacy

BillPlus is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have collected such information inadvertently, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes.
When we do, the updated version will be posted at https://billplus.com/privacy-policy with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of BillPlus after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
